Spanish for Dummies - $16.49 Though I don't think this is the greatest book for learning Spanish, it's certainly not the worst that I've seen. Plus, it comes with an audio CD so you can hear the proper pronunciation for most of the phrases. Mind you, the book also provides the phonetic versions, so it's easy to get a decent idea on the proper sound even without the audio. It also comes with a nice section on greetings and introductions, which is why I've listed it here.
Easy Spanish Phrase Book: Over 770 Basic Phrases for Everyday Use - $2.00 Even if this book only has a couple pages on Spanish greetings and introductions, it's still worth the expensive price of two dollars. And if the small section on greetings doesn't convince you it's worth it, the rest of the book comes in pretty handy as well. Plus the phrases are also written out phonetically with the original Spanish spelling.
Just Enough Spanish: How to Get By and Be Easily Understood - $6.95
This is another fairly inexpensive book that I've enjoyed. Plus, it's one of the best organized I've seen as well. Many helpful phrases are contained within this book to get you started with Spanish introductions, plus it's also a great book to get you starting with beginner's Spanish should you plan to be traveling to a Spanish speaking country. Phrases from several of the situations travelers face are outlined within the book.
