Treasury of Spanish Love: Poems, Quotations and Proverbs: In Spanish and English - $9.56
This is a great book filled with many romantic phrases in the Spanish language. Plus, with it being translated into the English form the entire way through, even the novice learners can understand what each of the poems or quotations written within the pages means. It's an excellent and fun way to add some romance to your Spanish vocabulary.

Berlitz Hide This Spanish Book: For Lovers - $6.95
This is a great little book for the younger generation. I'm thinking the later teens and early 20s will enjoy this the most, but anyone could learn a thing or two from this book. There's everything from pick-up lines to trendy little phrases to try out on a loved one. Word of warning though - it's uncensored. Oh, and just incase you were thinking of buying several books at once, or already have a bunch sitting at home, this book is merely excerpts from the larger Berlitz Hide This Spanish Book. Depending on your specific needs, you can look into them both and decide on which is best for you.

Twenty Love Poems and a Song of Despair: Dual Language Edition - $9.60
This is a nice collection of some of the most sensuous poetry I've ever read. So sensuous in fact that it apparently caused a bit of a scandle when it was first released by Neruda back in the 1920s. And believe me - I can understand why. It contains some very straight-forward and intensely written poems about sexuality. It's truly a great book, and with all the poems written in both the original Spanish and the nicely translated English, it is an excellent source of language learning and romantic enjoyment.
